I unashamedly will admit that mine is "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory". I must have read it 20 times both by myself and with school children. I just love it. I always get so excited when Charlie wins the ticket.....it's like it's a surprise every time.
I love the message that anything is possible, that the book conveys. Just the silliness, creativeness and craziness of it appeals to me. The book is so much better than the movie - the pictures in my head are so much better !
I also love all the books that Roald Dahl has written. I think (if he was still alive) that he and I would have gotten along quite well with our own little insanities.

If you love that, have you been watching Chokkywokkydodah?
I must admit, I'm a big fan of the Harry Potter collection myself.

hmmm, i have to choose 1??? I love Harry Potter, i've read Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy and Memoirs of a geisha more times than i'd like to count, i just finished inheritance, and found the entire Eragon series amazing, if it's written by anne mccaffery then it's up there, twilight rocks (even though the movies suck) and i find bertrice small's books great. guess why i have 5 overflowing bookcases (when i say overflowing i mean each one has at least 2 laers of books), and have started to sneak books onto my husbands bookcase
