when i signed up and clicked submit it went to a blank page. i clicked the back button and tried it again and the same thing happened. hopefully my form went thru though

Oh sorry Karen, mine went through ok and it said they would contact me when they have a test that matches my details. I didn't get an email reply. I ended up resetting my password and then it seems I was thought to be joining for the first time So after I "joined" I did the Test Team form again. And got to the same page as before which says "Thank you for registering for the Younger You Test Team. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT: Younger You is constantly running product and service trials. If your Test Team profile matches our requirements, we'll be in touch about trialling and reviewing new products! Thanks, from Jenni Gilbert, Editor of Younger You" |

What browser do you use Loki. If its Firefox you click on Tools and down the menu is clear history.
Other browsers it might be different, something like Preferences or Options. Its usually called clear history and the cookies have a box that you tick when you want to clear them.

I think I know what happened - it just happened to me. I clicked your link Sonya which took me to a page with a pop-up sign-up to newsletters. I did that, but when I went to login I didn't have an account. Tried to sign up and got the email exists message. I tried to login again, but instead of entering a password, I clicked the lost email - it then sent me a new password. Then when I tried to login, it asked me to activate my account - the provided a resend activation email. After activating it, I got in  I've added the main registration page link to your first post. |

Oh thanks much Dee, you're a hero  I should have thought of that, that you have to register for an account first before you can do the test team application, slaps self on head lol. Its weird though that I couldn't login when I've actually been receiving the newsletter since last Xmas and when I applied for lost password it sent me a temp one and I logged in and i got a welcome new member activate your account email. Hope we get picked |
