I just completed a survey that took me ages and clicked submit and got the confirmation of getting the points ,  but the 250 points haven't been added and I forgot to do a screen shot...

The survey is still on my page and when I clicked on it, it said I'd paused it and couldn't continue again 

I've sent an email, hope I get those points after all the time it took me

I've had that problem a few times Sonya and after emailing it seems that if you pause for too long on their surveys it times out and doesn't recognise you've finished it. I don't do theirs now unless I'm sure it'll have my undivided attention, as I've completed WAY too many surveys for free.
