Could you be an assessor? Are you:

- An Australian resident?
- Observant? Do you enjoy role playing and can you re-enact situations and conversations with staff?
- Unbiased? Do you approach each job with an open mind?
- Literate? You understand the briefing notes and the questionnaires that are sent to you.
- Pertinent? You can write intelligent and relevant comments about your experience in-store.
- Professional? You are professional both in appearance and in work ethics.
- Reliable? You are committed to carrying out your assessments once they are allocated.
- Lastly, you enjoy shopping and want to help our clients improve customer service delivery.

Assessors are paid per visit once the results have been checked and approved. Travel expenses are reimbursed as well as any expense incurred as part of the mystery shopping exercise. For example, if you are to buy and eat a pizza as part if the assessment, we will pay a fee plus travel expenses plus the cost of the pizza.

sorry to be a bit nosy, but roughly how much do you get paid for each assignment? I understand each one would vary, but is there a basic fee you get or not?

For the phone assignment, I got around $13 and the holiday I got $134 back, which paid for the stay entirely and included a fee on top.
