Every time you complete a survey you will earn points that can be selectively used to donate to charity, be exchanged for cash or win $1,500 cash. Your answers will directly influence the decisions made by companies on products and services. By making a contribution you will influence and help form the strategies of social organisations and different levels of government. http://www.opinionmatters.com/

I just joined this and already have 14 points. You need 200 points to redeem for $20.00 Cash. So far I haven't received any surveys in emails but have had some quick 2 point surveys on the site.
Sounds like you lose your points every quarter if you don't convert them to cash, ie they are used to enter the prize draw.
Prize Points: When you do a survey, you receive prize points. Each prize point gives you 1 entry in the $1,500 Quarterly Prize Draw! At the end of each quarter, all prize points collected in that quarter will be entered into the draw, and Prize Point values will be returned to zero.
Cash Points: If you prefer to receive cash for participating in surveys, you can convert you prize points into cash points. Once Prize Points have been converted into CASH POINTS, they do not expire. CASH POINTS cannot be converted back into PRIZE POINTS. Each Cash Point is worth AU$0.10. You can redeem your Cash Points for cash or donate to charity.

I have 22 Cash Points now I'd forgotten to click a link in the email to confirm membership and complete profile which gave you 10 points. Also the option to choose either Prize Points or Cash Points was there after I completed the profile so I don't have to convert the points to Cash anymore.

Thanks for that Danie I went from 62 points to 74 by doing the 2 point surveys  I tried to update to my new address but couldn't see where to put your street address Anyway it looks like i didn't get any points from updating my details by putting my town in. But I'm happy to get the 12 points for the surveys

I just did a survey for 20 points and the points aren't there. It shows they were added and then converted to cash points, so the -20 cancels out the initial 20! Then looking at the profile points, they are all the same - the conversions all cancel out the initial points given! Sending an email now...

Hmmm that is strange. Hope they sort it out for you Danie I just did the 2 point surveys and the site seems to have forgotten I chose to have cash points because now it gives me the option after each survey to choose which one whereas before my points were automatically set to cash

Got an email saying you need to convert your points to cash prior to September 28 or they will be used to enter the quarterly draw. I just converted the 5 points I had and am about halfway to earning a $20 Cheque. I'd just about forgotten about these guys as I haven't had anything from them in forever. Oh and there are the 6 surveys there for 2 points each, I think they are available every 3 months. I missed at least one lot of them, I think
