The site has had a total makeover. Not sure I like it, quite a few of my pendings vanished and a couple that went through didn't have the whole amount. Also they now have an event list but none of the surveys have the amount listed. Last week I lost $3 from two surveys where only part of the amount went through. The other day a $1 one vanished and today $4 worth have disappeared. I've thought I was close to redeeming a few times over the past couple of months  |

Oh no Sonya - that is frustrating! Valued Opinions always seems to have problems. It always takes weeks and weeks for my account to get credited... and last time I ordered a gift card it took 2 email follow ups and about a 6 week wait. The only good thing about them is that they send out loads of survery. Except now the site is blocking me as I am not accessing it from Oz - annoying!

Squeak not sure if you're aware of this but accounts are terminated "if you fail to take part in surveys in any twelve month period"

oh no! I wondered why all my credit had disappeared and my account closed when I got back last time. Oh have quite a bit of credit on there but didnt redeem as didnt think the card would arrive before I left (based on previous experience of waiting months for the card). Hope I am able to visit home at some point in the next 12 months... Ah, thanks for letting me know Sonya.

If you go to participation history (it's on the dashboard) you will get a list of all your surveys. Against it will say one of the following:
Fully complete rewarded
Not qualified
Fully complete reward pending
Quota full
Unfortunately it no longer tells you the value of the surveys with rewards pending.
However I redeemed for a $20 voucher last week and on the redemption confirmation email there was also the following information:
Balance: $ 1.5
(Claim Now)
Available Surveys: 0
Pending credits: $7
